How does the 7-day free trial work?+
Sign up for any tier and your trial starts immediately. We'll begin onboarding — collecting your branding, connecting your social accounts, and creating your first graphic. You won't be charged until day 8. If you're not happy, cancel before then and you owe nothing.
What new services do you offer beyond graphics?+
With our Tier 2 and Tier 3 plans, you get selfie video editing (send us your selfie video, we add music, branded subtitles, and polish it), listing photo-to-video creation (we turn your listing photos into cinematic videos with transitions and music), and unlimited single property websites. These are also available à la carte.
How do single property websites work?+
Send us your listing photos, details, and description. We create a beautiful standalone landing page with everything a buyer needs — photos, specs, map, your contact info. You get a custom URL to share on social media, in emails, and with clients. Just $25 per website à la carte, or unlimited with Tier 2 and Tier 3.
How long before my first listing is posted?+
Most clients are fully set up within 24-48 hours of signing up. Your first branded graphic can be ready the same day we complete your brand setup.
Do I have to approve every post?+
That's up to you. During setup, you choose: auto-approve (posts go live on your schedule automatically) or manual approve (you review and approve each one). You can switch between modes anytime.
What if I want changes to a graphic or video?+
Unlimited revisions on every plan. Just tell your account rep what you'd like changed — different photo, different text, different music, different anything — and we'll have an updated version within the hour.
What social platforms do you post to?+
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We handle the formatting differences between platforms so each post looks native and optimized.
Is there a contract?+
No contracts. No commitments. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with zero hassle. We keep clients because the service is incredible, not because of a contract.
